Shubham Jha – A Bambino full of Art.



“I want to be an actor, but that doesn’t mean I’ll compromise on my studies. I want to be like Amitabh Bachan, I admire him as an actor and a humble human being.” These are the words of the famed Balika Vadhu child actor, ‘Shubham Jha’. Born in Mumbai, this 14-year young artist shows a lot of dedication in the acting field. He started his acting career from Balika Vadhu in 2014 as ‘Amol’. Then there was no turning back. His experiences surged overwhelmingly, and the love and support that his fans gave to him all took him to a different level. Currently, he is acting in Prakash Jha’s next film, ‘Pareeksha’ which shows us about a Rickshaw wala dreaming of giving his child a world-class education. Whether that happens or not in this selfish world, is the thing to see.



Sustaining in this industry is not a cakewalk. It requires dedication and perseverance. Shubham is admired throughout for his acting skills which he portrays innocently as per the need. This multifaceted dimensions which he plays seamlessly can be tight for elders too. Shubham loves rap songs of Yo Yo Honey Singh as well as cartoons like ‘Oogy and the cockroaches.’




With all these successes and getting a chance o to be featured in Prakash Jha’s directed movie is itself a milestone to achieve. His artlessness is one of the top qualities that will take him to fame. He is a dedicated person for studies too. When playing his role as ‘Amol’ in the TV serial for continuously, he missed his school and friends very much. So he decided to take a break from acting and complete his studies. This showed his perseverance for studies as knowledge is more important for him.


With such sincerity at this young age, one cannot blindfold themselves towards the glazing charisma of his character. One is bound to accept his ingenuousness and passion for acting. His aspirations are surely going to be converted because of his way and look towards life. Let's support this child actor through his long unprecedented journey to fame.
